The Restaurant Txuleta in the Old Town of San Sebastian started a new stage in October 2005, entering at present, at another stage of the hands of two young and old professionals of the restoration and Ander Esarte Abrego and Marian Garmendia.

Ander's career is long in spite of his youth. He began working in the hotel Zapatari with fourteen years with Carmen, who taught her to suffer in the kitchen. He then traveled to Paris, where he worked for a year and a half. After this time, he went and spent some time in the Akelarre Restaurant and then in the Hotel Aranzazu . There he met Marian and began the adventure together. Opened the restaurant in the cellar Monjardín Castle. At one year, also opened The Ramp , at the port and, after three years, went to Madrid with her uncle Pedro Abrego, owner of the Txistu Restaurant and gold drum ofSan Sebastian. Being in the Txistu, among other works, Ander cooked for Real Madrid in their movements.

Ander prepared cuisine at Restaurant Txuleta is traditional. Notable dishes on the grill and, of course, the raw material used.
